Feeling less guilty about downing so many hits of caffeine per day after hearing about an american study that has been running for approx 13 years. In this study (of hundreds of thousands of people aged between 50 to 70 year olds) it showed people that consume 5 cups a day are between 12 and 16 per cent less likely to have died by the time the study ended.
Having a coffee right now, may have another before heading off to work, and then will no doubt have coffee from the cafe before I start!
